Error message: "This game requires Steam"

Whenever I try to launch the game it shows a small logo in he bottom right of my screen, but then it closes and I'm left with a tiny window in the middle of my screen that says "Steam is required to run this game" Does anyone know how to fix this? This is the only time I've had this problem with anything on steam. Any advice helps.

just make steam in offline mode then make it in online mode or watch youtube :D

Enter task manager..find steam..end process...restart steam...restart game

Hello!

Here's a recap of the procedure to follow:

- Close your Steam client(ensure the "steam.exe" process is no longer running in the Task Manager)..
- Right-click on Steam icon on the desktop and select "Run as Administrator".
- Launch CSN:Z from your Steam Library and not from its Desktop icon.

In order to launch a program with Administrator priviledges, you have to be using an Administrator-level Windows account.
If you're using a PC that's not yours and you have access with just a guest account, you'll have to ask for permissions to the PC owner.
