IM UNABLE TO PLAY THIS GAME!!!

Im unable to play this game because Im from asia so the only option is counter strike online which is the asian version of nexon zombies but the problem is it doesent work in the phillipines so both of the versions of the game dont work from my region so will I be unable to play this game? I mean back in like 2012-2015 Counter strike online still worked in my country but in 2016 it stopped working so I tried cs:nz but it was not available in my region so I was so dissapointed so guys what should I do? Is it ok to use vpn? Will I get vac banned if I use vpn please help

This is the Steam version of CSO, just named differently and it's available in Europe, Russia,
Turkey, North America, South America and Middle Eastern countries. The list of countries can be found here.
It's not available in the Philippines and I don't think they plan on making it available there. Even if it did let you play, it wouldn't have allowed you to make purchases.

CSO has different region versions: South Korea, China, Taiwan/Hong Kong, Japan and Indonesia.
You mentioned you played CSO in 2012-2015, but you didn't specify which one is it.
Recently they made CSO Indonesia available to users from Singapore and Malaysia and removed the region lock and but then added it back.

Now, regarding VPN, unfortunately, that is your only option. No, it will not get you VAC banned (VAC is related to cheats). However, it is against Steam's ToU regarding changing the store region, which is the only way you can play this, as the game only recognizes the region your Steam store is set to.
I recommend CSO Indonesia, since it is also available in English and you might get better ping there than you would here.

Have you tried playing CSO Indonesia? I'm also from the philippines lel and played CSO sg/my server before it was shut down but luckily i migrated to the u.s ( lucky me lol ) and found cszn. I don't know if CSO indonesia is going to work or if it did just how much is the ping there judging from the gap of indo to ph. Told my friend to try it ( In the ph ) and i have yet to get a confirmation on it.
