Europe accounts are getting refunded?
Ok i havent played in months me my brother and some of my friends had spent money on the game with skins weapons and characters now when i logged in (im playing in europe) my character was gone "poof" i went on google and searched found out that it was a situation where they had no backup of europe servers so now i want to know will i get my money back or will i get the inventory back? And when will i get them if ever?

There was a migration of users data from nxeurope to nxkorea.
Anyone who didn't agree to have their game data transfered got their accounts deleted.
Unfortunately we can't recover you account and you can't get a refund.

I dont understand why don't Nexon just keep our data, and when we 1st login ask us to accept or delete our data??? Or give us, the EU players more time(1 or 2 years) to react on this huge change. I haven't played it for several months during the migration period, so I didn't even got the chance to read the Migration terms!

NexonEU is closed, there are no running servers to store that data, everything is gone. They could not move your data anywhere without your consent due to privacy laws. Once the date was given for the closing, all players had to accept the migration by that date in order to have their data moved.

What about our real money spent on this game? would we get compensated?
We've spent real money to buy those "PERMANENT WEAPONS", turns out those weapons were PERMANENTLY removed because we didn't login the game for a month! It doesn't make sense.

most players stopped playing for a while and like me or jay didnt get to accept the new terms and it's basicly your fault since you guys could have made a steam annoucement like ark does when a new update is coming

this is never a solution lmao. they were within full legal right to do this since they announced this migration and OP didn't take any notice.

If you've put any amount of money into the game, you should be prepared to keep up with news surrounding it even if you've quit, just in case something like this happens.
Redd actually they should have announced it on steam so we have all the right of suing them

It was also announced in patch notes up until the deadline.

Once we get to discussing lawsuits, the topic needs to be closed. If you wish to pursue a legal solution, you will need to take it up with Nexon's legal team.
