Lost My Account Progress.

I spent like 900 hours played on CSNZ but sometimes, i have no time to play that much so i can't play everyday or even weekly... but when i joined after months of not playing or even loging in i find out that i have lost everything i had, and not just the weapons, the character skins, the medalls no... EVERYTHING. My character's name is TheSoldierJ and my clan name is TheLastSurvivors if i don't recover it i won't play this game anymore, it's a shame because i loved it.

There was a migration of users data from nxeurope to nxkorea.
Anyone who did not agree to have their game data transfered got their accounts deleted.
Unfortunately we can't recover your account and you can't get a refund.

the same just happened to me, I used to play this game alot and I have 1k hours total playtime, seeing this is just frustrating, @NXstincky is there just any way you can give us some of our progress back if possible?

I am very angry about this, but the important thing to realise is that this may be due to data protection laws. And why would Nexon drive away many players? Because that's a smart thing to do. Nexon are not the best company out there, but they cannot be held liable to this.
