My account got deleted!
So, I had played this game over 100 hours and bought plenty of stuff but stopped playing for a year or so. And now I re-download the game and all my stuff is gone! What the hell is this Nexon?

Yeah no way I'm consenting to getting my account disabled by the koreans just like that. I paid a lot of dosh for that and I'm not letting it go

There is no possible way to recover deleted account data.

Check EU's GDPR laws for more details.

Please understand, Nexon Korea did not disable your account, they never had your account, Nexon Europe did. You had to choose to move it to Nexon Korea in order to keep your account progress. When Nexon Europe closed, any player data still there was lost.

As Redd said, there is nothing that can be done, the company is gone, so the data is gone.

Yeah, never received an email about you, and I do not check a game's steam forum constantly as if it was Facebook or something. All I know is that I had a lot of cash invested in that account and now magically its all gone as if it were a bank? That's the part I'm not buying. I opened a ticket in the Nexon page and I at least deserve to have my items back. I can even look around my Steam wallet info for the times I paid for this game

With current events, you can get all the weapons you had before. You will not need to spend anything. :RBGoodluck::steammocking:

There's nothing that can be done. Nexon Korea doesn't have a list of your old weapons because the data is gone. They'd be going off of "well this is what he says he owns" and that's not good enough.

The money you put into this game isn't an "investment". You can't sell your account, as that's against TOS. Any money you put into the game in the first place is gone the instant it's put in. I only know of one instance where a refund was given -- to someone who bought Epic Decoders, but didn't receive them until after the event period for Gungnir was over.
I understand your point, but you try to understand mine too. My money was not an investment, true, but it was a deposit of trust. I asked if I could put my Wallet payment info to receive the same quantity of money in the form of Decoders or at least to get the same quantity of funds into my account, even if I don't get the same equipment I had before, It'd be fine by me. But seeing the reply from the Ticket, apparently thats too much of an effort, and basically, the company took my money, said it wasn't worth crap, but took it anyway. So that Trust Deposit? Its gone.
I did get warned about Nexon and their crappy dealings, I tried to look past that, this one was on me.
I won't be giving Nexon or its products my money anymore, since its worth crap

Of course we understand how you feel. We are players as well and completely get what you're saying. We tried asking many times, seeing if anything could be done, but the information and answers we've given you is what has come to be the bottom line. They aren't going to make an exception for just one player.

I'm certain you realize we keep answering this same thing over and over again, so we aren't meaning to be unsympathetic, it's just that we know how it will end up.
My issue is not with you who puts the face to the situation, but about that "not an exception for just one player", tell this to the big heads

Yeah but the difference is, most of the people who haven’t logged on since a year ago will most likely never play CSNZ ever again, and for the record the whole community is gone at this point but it’s not because their accounts got deleted it’s because of the other randomness....thingies...

When Fang said "They aren't going to make an exception for just one player.", she means specifically towards the migration and players who didn't agree.

There is no way to find out exactly what your account had before the migration because the data is gone. And since there's no way to see if your account had items that were bought but not consumed in any way, there's also no way to refund those purchases. The only proof they have to go on for the decision is your word, and human beings embellish and exaggerate all the time, so there is no telling what you once owned and what you're exaggerating.

You forgot what I've been telling you this whole time. Steam Wallet shows you how much money you spent in what game, and when. I can easily track down all my Nexon Counter Strike purchases and put them here, in screenshots, in pdf, however you can. That's why I asked if I provided that information I could get at least decoders worth the same even if I don't get my original items back
Also I have DLCs belonging to the game, and when I started my account again, not even those were there. So basically Steam shows that I own the DLC, but that's not enough for the game

What we're trying to tell you is they are not giving any sort of refunds or compensation for those who did not migrate their accounts, for whatever reason. It doesn't matter how many screenshots you send, it is still going to be the same answer.
The DLCs don't exist in the game any longer. You can try asking about those aside from any other account items lost due to not migrating your account. I personally do not know if they will handle that any differently. I doubt it, but it never hurts to ask.
