I don't know how many times I'm gonna make a post about this but I'll do it again, for others sake to know that they're not the only ones with the problem.
Windows 10 Pro,
version 1709,
current build 16299.125, although I've had the issue happen way before that (since the Creators Update which is 1709),
on Fullscreen and seems to be happening only in certain room/servers or modes.

On a video it's really hard to tell, since most of the time it really looks like you're doing those movements yourself. I have Shadowplay constantly on while playing so in case it starts doing it, and it looks obvious that I'm not doing anything, I can simply record it.

Like @Bitter said, its problem because of Windows 10 creator update and not because of csnz.
You gonna need to install another windows. I fixed it like that, move on another windows or don't play.

not from windows 10 , its csnz cuz i has friends from korea playing cso korea with windows 10 and no one have this problem , so i think this problem from the game , this moves of mouse just happen in csnz !! if it from windows why i didnt get this problem in other games ?! , so please NXstincky tell dev team to check compatibility this game with windows 10 , and sorry for my bad english

I had the exact same problem in cs 1.6 and csnz, I managed to fix it in cs 1.6 by enabling raw mouseinput, csnz doesnt have this option, so i just bear with it
