Absolutely No Sound

I've tried countless things, but I can only hear sound in cinematics. I've verified the game cache files, changed the audio settings in-game, checked all the config files, tried reinstalling OpenAL, changing my sound device, changing the quality of my sound device, running the game as an Admin, and even completely disabling the Steam Overlay.

Nothing seems to work, and I'm starting to lose hope. Is there anything else I can try to maybe fix this? I'd love to know.

Anyone out there wanna try and help? I'd really like to actually hear a game when I play it...

There are several solutions floating around (though not much). For me none of them worked. What worked was to close the "Nahimic 2 Audio Driver". This is a driver for MSi Mainboards featuring a so called "nahimic onboard audio" chip. I simply closed it, started the game and sound was there. Since i dont use this drivers features i deinstalled it.

FIX 1

Change/Lower your Windows/System Sound quality to 24Bit, 48000 Hz (Or lower).


If that dont work.


FIX 2

Change you speaker/Headphone setup to 5.1 or below.

simple way is make your sound from tv .. it is work ( my tv lg oled g3 )
also if you still need headset connect it by bluetooth from tv .
