I'm not golf-crazy by any stretch, but your game is...seductive. Further along the line it'll be a must-have, more'n likely. This is what games need to do - use the ability of the PC to create more surreal landscapes for normal games. The Sneak Peek level in NEXT CAR GAME is more fun than the standard tracks!
The only thing - dunno if it's just me, but every time I glance your way - *every* time - I see a lady doing something naughty with a golf ball. That title, it...works my head in a weird way.
WarfaIcon - to answer some of your questions:
The plan is to have a minimum of 5 main courses by the time of full release - plus one or two suprise elements. The steampunk feel will continue throughout the design but we'll add new features and ideas to make the courses more varied as the game develops through Early Access.
At present there is just a single difficulty - but adding difficulty levels and a handicap system are in our plans. You can't turn rewind off (but you can choose not to use it) but there is no indicator as such - just the trail the ball leaves behind which can help if you do rewind.
The game is going to be largely driven by the community and what they want so get involved at verti-golf.com and help shape the game.
Thanks for your interest and patience.
