Hey I purchased the gold edition and none of the gold edition stuff has been added to my account. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I know this is probably a stupid question, but I can't figure out how to quit the game. ESC doesn't do anything in the "world", and during a golf game the ESC key just brings up a menu with no option to quit to desktop that I can find.

Esc should definitly give the option to exit to desktop when in the Street or Shop.

To quit from game its Esc > Quit to Shop, then Esc > Quit to Desktop. There is always Alt F4 too.

Whenever I start the game i get a blank screen with 1.22 at the top. How do i fix this?

I got that about an hour ago. I eventually clicked on the game and got a Windows message saying the game had stopped responding. Once Windows killed the game, I stopped BOINC (a background program that does calculations for science/engineering projects), started the game up again, and it worked fine.

Have you got anything running in the background? A virus scanner doing a full disk scan, perhaps?

I got this game a couple of hours ago from a friend who got it off of the latest Humble Bundle. Every time I try to load it up, I get a black screen. Why does this happen? I just want to play the game! D:

I'm sorry its been 5 months, but we don't know things are fixed for you particularly until you get back to us to tell us so, There was an issue with the gold pack that was fixed back in Nov, since there was no responce we had to assume it'd been fixed for everyone involved.

Hi, I recently started playing the game, but can not get past the tutorial due to my spacebar not being read in game. Every other key works in the game, just when the game asks me to use the spacebar, I can't seem to do it. I haven't messed with any of the key bindings either, just wondering if there is any suggestions you might have? I'm using a MacBook Pro. Thank you for your time.

That sounds strange, I can't see any software reason for that happening. However it is common for older Macbooks to experience a faulty spacebar depending on where its pressed due to grim under the spacebar, there are guides online how you may remove and clean it, there are also reports of new Macbooks where the spacebar only works on one particular section of it, in that case I would return it Apple.

If this is not the case then please do let us know and I'll have another look into the issue.

I will look into a possablity of a faulty spacebar for sure. I think I will also look into key mappings, maybe it's not mapped. Thank you for the help.
