Gold crowns achievement question.

These community levels are sometimes harder to gold crown than skull levels, do I have to gold crown those levels in episodes for the achievement?

I just tested my own theory. Don't need gold crowns on community levels. I purposefully left 2 community levels on a bronze or silver crown, and finished the episode.

I still don't understand what is mandatory and what is optional when it comes to the "all golden crowns and cards" achievements. Standard levels? Skull levels? Community levels? Not clear at all. And no map to really know what is missing.

All standard levels, skull levels need to be gold crowned, community levels on the episodes just have to be finished.
