How do i avoid the sign obstacles on the train in chapter 2?

im trying to complete chapter 2 and this has been driving me CRAZY, i cannot for the life of me figure this out. Does anyone have tips on how to?

- Press and hold down right key to avoid the first sign
- Press and hold down left key to avoid the second sign
