Try Alesha - he seems pretty easy to kill 4 legendary and koschey.
You need power or kitezh or whatever this card is called and it pretty much win you the fight.
There also cross that reduce damage you get by one from each instance and live and dead water that revive you once.
And you do know that killing 4 bosses before koschey reduce his powers?
As for Alyosha's build, I'd recommend to build him around Spellbanes. Key cards are Heat Lightning and Exterminate. Blessing of Kitezh is very powerful indeed, but you need it early if it is to have any meaningful impact on the encounter.
Just a recommendation, before launching a game in EA make sure that it is as polished as possible ^^
Disagree heavily with this. I made it to Glory 3 with all characters before losing a single run (to Koschey). The early learning curve isn't steep imo. I'd suggest trying different strategies.
Assuming you're taking all of the optional boss fights that help you to beat Koschey (one of them caps the curse dmg at 1 per turn), here's what I'd recommend:
Having a move card is extremely useful for this fight. Sometimes, you're in situations where his Snap attack can kill you but if you change his intent, his normal attack is high enough damage to also kill you. Being able to move him to the backline in this scenario is huge, assuming he isn't using a ranged attack. Just keep in mind that when Koschey summons his illusionary copy (3hp with wraith), moving the copy around the field will not work. The copy will automatically swap places with Koschey. Also, having a multi-hit or some form of repeated low dmg that can quickly clear the illusion can be very helpful.
If you're trying to beat Koschey specifically, I'd avoid taking the boss relic that gives +2AP in most cases. It deals you 100dmg on turn 10 and most decks I build just don't get through Koschey's 300+ effective HP quickly enough. I point this out because this relic is, outside of the Koschey fight, probably the best boss relic in the game imo.
Having a consumable that forgets cards can be very useful in this fight. Also, the consumable that destroys armour can be useful for *some* decks because Koschey spawns a minion with 7 shield.
One thing to keep in mind is that Koschey's Curse (deals you 1dmg per card played) is just one of the ways that really fast, draw-heavy decks are punished in this fight. You don't just need to be able to out-block (or tank) this damage, you also need to do it while accounting for status cards. If you shuffle your deck more than once in one turn, you receive a status card. This is, for some decks, even worse than the curse.
For normal runs, I almost never take Max HP as a reward, but getting some max HP for a Koschey run is not a bad idea. You could pick up a couple of +15HPs later in the run and enter with 80-ish, that's a great start already.
here is an example of how to beat him.
koscghey fight is a long one so impact is pretty much guaranteed even if it the last card in your deck like in my cases
i played those as well and difficulties of those games are usually higher than the one deathless provides. Did you played slay the spire? knock on the coffin lead? fight in tight spaces? wildfrost?
it seems you didnt have any real chellenge before since basic content of the deathless is pretty easy,
And you have my deepest thanks for your wonderful demonstration of your way to build him. I really appreciate it.
I hope I just won't need to paste the link into every thread now to show the same thing.

You can literally look how to deal with every boss, every legendary boss and what cards I played.
And it's not like you can get the exact deck I got that is also built by me for this specific run considering what cards and artefacts I had available. Instead you need to get the principle.
Get at least one power of kitezh and you will have enough power to kill 3-rd stage in a turn or two.
Destroy koschey summons to blind him to prevent long range attacks or push him away behind two enemies to prevent leap attack. Kill the witch that increase his strength early and don't rush past first phase without nessesity.
