737 Baggage Tutorial Problem

Just got the game and working through the tutorials. I'm on the 737 baggage tutorial. Unloaded the bags and delivered them to the terminal. Picked up the outgoing bags and loaded them into th plane. Closed both baggage doors. Nothing happens. Tutorial won't continue. Still says at the top "Close baggage doors". Did I miss a step? Do certain bags go in the front and others in the back? If so how do I know? The game says I have to arrange the bags neatly? Do they all have to be flat? I must have...

Bug in tablet and pause menu

Hello, while playing the game if I open the tablet, it is like the down arrow was continuously pressed, and I cannot select what I want. The same happens in the pause menu, where the selection scrolls down continuously. I am using only keyboard and mouse, even if I have other controllers connected to the PC, but not selected in the device settings. How can I solve the issue?...

How do you manage to complete several tasks “at the same time”?

How do you manage to complete several tasks “at the same time”? When I start the game there are usually two planes ready to be dispatched and another is about to land and is usually there before you've even finished dispatching the first plane.

Xbox Progress Update

Hello, Ground Handlers!

We’ve seen a lot of questions about the upcoming Xbox version of AirportSim and we will use this blog to update you about its status.

As you know, the Xbox release is still ahead of us. Unfortunately, we did not meet the estimated date we outlined in our Q1 roadmap. Nonetheless, you can rest assured that we’re diligently working on it!

Where are we right now?

Currently, we are in the certification process, which can vary in duration. The timeline for this phase can be unpredictable, making it challenging to specify an exact completion date at this moment.

As soon as we have information and a known release date, we will let you know!.

[Bug Report] Audio crackling

When driving a baggage cart on Warsaw I get really bad audio crackling while driving. It occurs when I drive along the main terminal accessway, im currently driving with 2 full baggage trolleys and my headphones on, im not sure what else I can say to help narrow it down....
