Yep, lots. Noclip, infinite ammo, godmode, to name a few. Cheats will disable your ability to get achievements however and a little red "Cheats Enabled" text appears in the top-right of your screen.

Yea, tons of cheats, give weapon, ammo, unlimited dash, level up NN, give experience etc
