Best options - pets and crew

Hi!
Which crew upgrade do you think is the best? I use coin boost to revive. And similarly with animals. What do you think are the best and what do you use?

I really like the one that gives -20% to upgrades and buildings. I am still trying to figure out which second one to run.

You increase the bond levels 50 times. Going from lvl 1 - lvl 2 equals one bond level. I have all my pets at level 4 and I still haven't the unlocked second pet slot. I need to get like 4 of my pets to lvl 5 or 6 and then I will have it. I can't imagine what and how long it would take to unlock third pet spot. Leveling up past level 4 is 24hours and then 48 hours... and so on. I don't like that you HAVE to use other pets with crappy passives because you are forced to level them up. It just feels bad imo.

Gold for Crew. For Pets, I'm using Parrot and Fox. Parrot lets me save up to 9 Seaguls to use whenever I look, and Fox lets me store 2 extra Hunt chests. Both Passives are Seagules drop more gold/coins.

Lets me let it run in background in a bit, maybe check every 30 minutes to hour, burn all seagulls and chests, and repeat
