Why is this almost identical to Tap ninja?

Yep, I noticed that too. Almost everything is the same. Even peoples comments in the forum are the same as in Tap Ninja, complaining about the weekly quests gems etc :)

Idle & clickers games often use model of some popular game and copy it

Jack beat me to it. It's very easy to make an idle game if you just copy what works.

I came in here to see if other noticed this too. I guess I was right. I first thought they was the same team of something but not according to the front page. The challenges (or in here contests) suck more here though. WAY more.

Yep, the dev even asked the Tap ninja dev for help.

Don't see any mention of their help..... just a reskin of a good game.

I also thought I was similar to Idle Slayer. I feel a bit relieved to know that there are other people who think it's similar too.
