Nothing to fear achievement

I blued all the areas (has "completed" icon in all areas) except the Upper Stratum where the only remaining place is the boss room (I also collected the hp charm in the boss room to the left).
But my HP is only 400, not maxed? Am I supposed to equip all the items which boost HP to get the achievement?

And what is the maximum HP value?

did you craft all the hp upgrades as well? also theres that one dude in the market who turns a blighted ore you have into a hp upgrade as well.

I am at the final boss so idk what I missed, really...
I'm pretty sure I "processed" the ore, and also bought all the HP charms at the "store".

There's 44 small and 4 big health items, if you don't have that number in your collection you missed one somewhere.

either you're missing some obscure health piece on the map you've overlooked or it might've bugged for you? i saw some people comment they didn't get the achievement despite grabbing all the health upgrades.

Definitely not. My HP was far from optimal when I got it.

I missed the last one in the Final Boss room at top left side, thanks for the info.
