No more path to progress

Can't progress on chapter ten, all path are blocked by door or laser, i already kill Witch, N°7 and Reinbolg and talk to all pnj :/

Lol, I also missed that you could keep going east and went and climbed the one really tall area on the west side of the Steel District, on the top left of the area by chaining jumps, attacks, deflects, air dashes, and No. 7 first ability that lets you do a slash in a direction you want.

Only to get almost to the top but you can't QUITE make it all the way and then I came here and found this.
