Stuck at Chapter 12 - Where do I go?

On the map going Subterranean Testing Site Ruins and use L2/R2 to chose next area.
I have completed.

All the Central Stratum locations as well as Land of Origin, Frost Estate Ruins, have areas that are unexplored.

There are several doors I cannot break open. They got some steel-like growth on them.

Steel District has a locked door that I cannot get to the other side to open.
It also has a very large gap I cannot cross. I probably need a flying ability or a third jump to cross the gap

Declan's Estate. The top left corner of the first "room" of the region is unreachable by climbing. Again I need additional jumps or some flight ability.

Sorcerer's Academy the "room" after the transit. I have the upper right corner unexplored again I suspect the need of some flight ability.
Meanwhile the far left end of that zone has a very difficult to climb ledges. I can kinda cheese jump the first platform with the help of the Nola's axe 3 aerial combo, air dashes, and No. 7's diagonal slash but I cannot climb to the 2nd platform with the laser.
If I try to get to that platform from the tower on the right I can reach it (assuming I don't hit the laser) but the device is un-interact-able.


Arcane Factory, has a steel growth door in the top right. I cannot break it. Need some ability.

Far left end of zone I see that the zone has an opening in the ceiling but its not climbable its probably meant for me to drop from and not climb into.


Land of Origin top half - I got some hardly visible floor growth I cannot break. Seeing as it shows a lock icon on the map I probably need a new upgrade to the floor break.
In that same room is a growth in the right I cannot break again I need some other ability.

Land of Origin bottom left section - Every zone is completed except for the room top right of the Ancient Resting Place. I don't believe I have anything to cross that gap much like Steel district.

Land of Origin bottom right section. - I don't know if I need some poison immunity to reach this area but I swam in here regardless lol

I got all 4 rooms along the main "hallway" marked as complete (the swimming room with a rotating current, the poison endurance maze, the respite room, and the waterfall charge platforming. The central room itself is not marked as complete though. I cannot find any hidden walls here though...
I also cannot interact with Lilia.

Outside of map info I have the Blighted Pupil but I showed it to the corner that visits the 2 blight barrier flowers (crimson forest and central district) but nothing has happened.



TLDR - where do I go from here? Most of the map is completed and the places that are not complete I seem to be missing abilities to traverse / break open

I'm blind. I didn't notice the wall to the right was straight I had only focused on the left sloped wall and didn't bother to check the other side
