Help finding Charmed fragments

so I have the map fully explored yet I have only 43/44 charmed fragments does anyone have a map so that I might find the one I am missing

any help is much apreashated

A common one folks miss is located in the final boss' room to the far left, sitting on top of a ledge.

I found it there was a room I hadn't discovered in the steel district where you find number 7 the room leading to it was blue so I had written it off as explored thank you though

I found the last one in the Steel District past a blue room. Requires wall charge.

which blue room, the whole entire map is blue for me,
there is not a single grey room on the map.

If you go to your map, in the middle at the top you find the name of the zone you're looking at and a blue mark next to the name if you've completed it. If you're missing that mark in one of the zones, take another look at the rooms, you probably missed an exit somewhere.

its definitely the steel district where im missing something,
any tips on where i can look to find the charmed fragment?
