Am I bugged or am I missing something? Late Game upgrade ability issue.

So my issue here, is in the Frost Estate, there's two items behind doors you need Motleys Torrent for, I had no issues getting other ones in the game but for these two I just bounce off the red doors and don't go through them.

Are these bugged or do I need something else?

pic? im not sure but i guess you need to go to the east side of train then defeat 1 boss to open the field that has a boss to upgrade the ability

You are supposed to break it using water swimming ability, not the "hyper dash" (yes, even if it is out of the water). If you start swimming from the entrance to this room, you will be able to deploy spider web, then just turn around and go out of the water right near the door.
