I believe she eventually stops spawning buddies, far enough into the fight, so there's that, at least.
You could always level up by going to the other area that should currently be available, even if its boss gave me A LOT more trouble, admittedly x)
Don't neglect Relics and whatnot, either, especially upgrading them. You certainly have several that can help with damage output.
Not sure if I was early, but did it with 275 HP, level 46, around 200 def and with hard + 1.5 times hp. Ended either blocking everything she throwed at me or dodging for my life.
Poke/break gun, main damage with scythe and punch attack for breaking through her defenses.
I used an carapace that can be acquired shortly before fighting her, the one that gives SP per parry. That carapace is complete and utter ass, but in this boss fight it's very helpful as she throws plenty of telegraphed multi-hitting projectiles. Get a totem that gives you 2 SP bars and just unload whichever one you like the most. I used either Lito or No 7 depending on the situation. Sometimes Nola, but hers is too slow and can miss if you don't time it correctly or do it after a stagger.
After playing up to that point on Hard (except enemy health was still at 1x, as I don't like spongy enemies), I had to turn her health down to 0.7, as the bot was healing her way too fast. Shame, as it's a really cool boss. But bot should instead occasionally give her a shield, rather than straight up health.
Unless she's in the middle of an attack, she'll drop what she's doing to get close to the healbot once it starts healing so ideally you don't want to stray too far from it. It's inevitable that the Luiseach will get at least some healing but you should be able to out-damage it easily. Two other important things to remember; she's invulnerable the first time she summons but not any other time afterwards and that she doesn't summon anymore in the third phase.
Aside from Nola, Lito's Rocket Punch is really good for obvious reasons as is SB's Chain Whip, but the Lunge can be good too; you could parry a projectile and get some extra damage when she's out of reach of everything else. Don't underestimate the owl's shock ability for that extra damage.
she stops spawning her heal summon when you reach her 3rd phase. you'll know when she glows violet.
