(Spoilers) Help with ending B

I've talked to the hooded priestess everywhere she appears, before staying at the flower in the Central Sanctum, collected the Blighted Pupil and talked with Lilia in the Land of Origin, but I am unable to obtain the necessary item from the priestess.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I've already done ending A and everything else, except the locked door in the Land of Origin, but that is inaccessible.

Besides the Blighted Pupil you also need to get a stele from Levy in the northern section of Land of Origin, then talk to the priestess.

Levy's not there. I'm guessing I missed one of her previous encounters so she isn't showing up for this one.

Edit: List of quest items I have on me currently:
Blighted Pupil
Mutated Mineral
Frost Vestige
Avian Remains
Millius Resident Records
Black Perfume

I've looked around the map a bit and didn't find her. Either she has bugged out, is in a hidden room, which I doubt since everything, except the boss room and the inaccessible area in Land of Origin, is blue or is in the most well hidden corner.

That's all of her quest items. I don't know which inaccessible area you mean since you must have gone through both of the magic barriers to get the Pupil and talk to Lilia, so you should have access to every part of Land of Origin. Can you post a picture of your map?

First appears in magic academy, then in the forest where you upgrade the doggo
Then Land of origin where she opens the path to Lilia, lastly in Central Stratum

Since we're in the spoiler thread can anyone explain where to take all the quest items? I know I've taken some but not others. So far I know I've delivered:

Black Perfume to the sorcerer's academy
One item to the Crimson Forest village and
one item to the red robot in the lower stratum.
I might have had other run ins I'm just trying to get all the items I can, Haven't finished the game yet so I know I cant get everything I just want all the upgrades I can get as I just got to upper stratum.

You are missing these two.

Give Avian Remains to the Attuner Kid in Central Stratum.
Give Gordon the Milius Records.

There are also the two from the Land of Origin to give to the Traveling Priestess.

Where did you get the black perfume? That's the only one I'm missing do far and I'm struggling to find it anywhere.

Scratch that. the map still showed one area as being blocked by a barrier when it wasn't, got it now lol

The barrier is gone in the endgame in front of the Crystalline Realm.

just checking, but if i beat the game with one ending it wont punt me to the start again will it? i want to see both endings and im hoping i can just start again from the last respite. im before the throne so i figure this is the time to check lol.

Don't worry, like in the first game, you keep playing your file as usual, think of it more as the Castlevania games. It won't kick you into some NG+
