Black flickering over UI elements, title screen, and cinematics.

I was looking forward to playing, but right now it's really hard to get through it with these giant, flickering, black areas over various UI elements, the title screen, and any of the cinematics. I tried finding a fix for it, and it looks like others have encountered it but not solved it.

Any advice?

I had noticed the same thing, and I just booted it up for the first time... Any ideas what the go with this is?

EDIT: huh... weird... I closed the game to type this response post, reopened, and it was fine...
