Can't adjust graphics. Help?

I open up the first screen and try to click on the graphic settings because my computer is sucky and I need to reduce the graphics in favor of fps. I click on it, but nothing happens. the screen stays the same. Same with the controller settings which I just clicked to see if it worked. I can play the game with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ frame rates and in a window, but I'd prefer to dumb down the graphics and make it full screen. Anyone else having this problem?

It happened to me too. Clicked on Graphic setting and nothing happen. I did the follows and it works in the end. I am not sure which steps is the core step to ensure that the graphic setting is clickable but I am going to show all the steps I did(after some checking on the forum and google around for solution).

1. Set Nvidia graphic Physx setting to the Nvidia graphic card(the default for my new pc was actually the intel graphic)

2. Under the Nvidia graphic setting, go to the 'manage 3d settings' and click on Naruto program and then the 'Program settings' tab. Choose 'High processing Nvidia graphic card' instead of 'recommended settings'

3. Reinstall the game and restart the pc

4. The moment I restarted the pc , the Graphic setting is 'clickable' then. Then the last part is to uncheck the 'windowed mode' box so that the game runs smooth.

Hopefully, i help in some ways for other Naruto fans out there : )
