Report a translation problem
1. Set Nvidia graphic Physx setting to the Nvidia graphic card(the default for my new pc was actually the intel graphic)
2. Under the Nvidia graphic setting, go to the 'manage 3d settings' and click on Naruto program and then the 'Program settings' tab. Choose 'High processing Nvidia graphic card' instead of 'recommended settings'
3. Reinstall the game and restart the pc
4. The moment I restarted the pc , the Graphic setting is 'clickable' then. Then the last part is to uncheck the 'windowed mode' box so that the game runs smooth.
