Enchant slot; what to do?

What can I do with an item with that gives me "+1 enchant slot"? It's not the same as runes I reckon. Am I missing something?

It means you can get Saffi to add 2x Enchantments to the item :)

in the secret lair you find in the lower right an enchanter. most item can only have one enchantment but some items can have mor enchantments.
