Creation Kit changes on existing save?

Hey,

im trying to edit carryweight in creation kit and custom base carryweight works fine on new save but wont apply on existing save? is there a way around this?

How are you doing it? Enchant? chem? player edit? Perk?...
Best way is to make it on an enchant, On clothing or space suite.

Edit a armor item, make it give you hella more weight

Im trying to reduce it ,to make game more challenging. Im doing it in the Gameplay > settings > game settings > and something like base carry weight, i cannot remember exact name and im not able to access CK right now... But it was something like that.

Ah! right yea, Then i would think that the new game dose not have the skill / Perk of carry weight, and that you're older game has?.
This may be the problem, however i cant see why the OPTIONS to have it more or less is not working, i would say it works but you didnt calculate the perk into account??

I hope you find a fix, as it was just a suggestion, Who knows whats really going on with a Beth game :)

Some options in Game Settings are either not linked in Starfield, or do require a new game. For example, you can still find VATS settings, even though VATS is not implemented.
