The hint is certain status effects that deal % of enemy health~
I went through my old save, don't remember my strategy but I'll write all I can.
First, all my girls wore EXPointless for 0 Exp gain, so no accessories for them. Ralph wore Skill Rune (TP Regen).
For rest of equipment, everyone had some kind of TP Regen on Rings and Armour, HP Regen on Helmets. Weapons didn't matter, except Parasite (50% chance to Poison). I think HP Regen was only required for Final Secret Boss, since my strategy involved not getting hit at all.
Also used Chouchou for the above Boss (300% Targeted Rate), the only fight that required it.
The general strat to down Deste is to use Dieh to curse her -CCing and doing % damage, use yomi's sap to % damage her, Apil to tank, and Ralph to use potions for all from Felice's memory to buff Luk.
however
After hours of testing, using your teams, it's almost impossible to take down Deste with your current set up, Yomi and Dieh have around a 1% chance to land their debuffs and in order to get past Destes 50k heal a turn you need both debuffs on at the same time.
It might be possible to do this if you take the lvl 1 girls to the casino and unlock their higher tier skills by making them fight each other (which in itself is a good way to get the girls end game skills at lvl 1) - in order to get Dieh's Luk buff and Yomi's AOE to deal with the substitute totems.
however even with the extra skills unlocked there's still around a 2% chance to land both debuffs at the same time, and you'd need to have these land twice within 5 turns.
So I guess what I'm asking is, what was your strat to down Deste? because with your set up it seems very unlikely to take her down.
