I'm not sure how the Wiki sites work, but I started compiling a list of item data if anyone wants to use it:

Nice, but I think it's just as important to add where you can find things. For the life of me I can't fine any of the military parts to make the last tier of armor and the carbon fiber fabrics is also stupid rare to find.

That is planned, but maybe for a separate guide if there's not enough room.

That is or was planned too. Steam does not handle tables well, so it may be left for a separate Wiki site only or I have to redo all sections to not use tables.

Other items on todo list:
[moved todo list to top of guide]

I find most of my carbon fiber in the outdoor shops. I only found four military fabric, but it was one at a time in military vehicles in the prison.

Your best bet for getting military fiber ( the one that looks like metal/pvc pipe in brown ) is to raid the laboratory (using red keycards) and grab chemicals (x,y, and z - i think?) and make it yourself. You can get 4-5 of each a run or more if you're lucky. Stack size is annoying small - limited to 3 each, I think. It also takes like 30 of two of them to make the military fiber.

From what I can tell is that you can’t find those parts - you must play hellish difficulty or higher to find the chemical components to craft them - you make 3x at a time at the trade off of 30 of each chemical vial (insane grind). Highlight them in the crafting bench to help keep an eye out for them

I believe the dev mentioned they (military parts) can be found on the last map in military trucks, and in lootboxes from the PC. Carbon fiber can be found at outdoor shops, repair shops, etc. Since v1.5 seems to have been delayed, maybe I will add loot tables to the guide sooner.
