Quests Broken?

I'm trying to complete Main Quest - "Lazy Master" and "Charge Card and Blind Box" but they aren't accepting materials I collect. Do I have to delete and start over? Is there a special way that you turn in the required materials?

Same. It wants me to get a circuit motherboard.. but I don't know what to do with it now that I have it. Where do I 'submit' it?
