I can't find the GPU

In the first otaku mission I can't find the GPU anywhere, I'm already going through the difficult difficulty and I can't find it...

Go to digi shop or find some computer desk at school or hospital

Villas and Digi shops tend to have higher drop rates. Mostly the Professional Computer nodes and cartons in the back of the shop. Rate also seemingly increases with difficulty of map, probably due to extra draws from the RNG table because more items drop per loot node. Had one wildly unlikely run where 4 GPUs dropped for me.

i found my first one a little while ago in hard difficulty, in locked room of digital shop.

In easy it's really hard to find it. Very very low chances. It start to get easier at hard.
But if you want to attempt your luck a few times (anywhere from 1 to 20 runs) you can do it in normal.
The best spot is the PC desk with gaming chair. The two best spots are :
1- Digital shop (back room)
2- Villa

Both need keys so you'll have to prepare accordingly.
