How do you restart a mission?

EDIT: Never mind. Hopefully the devs either make this quest unobtainable until later on or specify that you cant do it on easy world. I mean you can't advance to the next difficulty until doing some missions anyways so really the quest shouldn't even be given to people who are just starting the game.

I just got this game so I am still learning the ropes. I failed 2 missions because I died due to not having enough ammo. The quest system is a bit confusing at first. I finally figured out the quest system but I cant seem to find how to actually restart a quest if you fail it. I tried looking online for how to restart quests but all I get is info for other games that have "Night Raider" modes. Am I blind and there is a button somewhere to restart quests? Whenever I try to click on the cop guy that gives quests nothing happens. It says on the mission to (restart mission when failed) but I cant seem to find how to do just that. I had a quest to go to the hospital and do some things and also kill what I'm assuming is a boss. So, I went back into the city and went to the hospital to kill this boss guy and do all the extra stuff but he wasn't there. So I am assuming I have to restart the quest all together.

TLDR; I failed this hospital quest because I died, when I went back to retry the quest the boss didn't show up. How do I restart missions? It tells you to restart the mission when failed on the quest itself, but I dk how to do that lol Please help. Thanks much.

The hospital boss won’t appear on the first map; you’ll need to go to more challenging maps to encounter it.

Yeah, one of the sidequests has you needing to kill an 'Overlord' after sweeping a building, and that's a term that's also not used anywhere or well defined in current quest system in a similar way.

Gotcha. I just realized my question wasn't fully answered though. How do you restart a quest exactly?
