Stupid question: Is Exfilzone a part of showdown or standalone game?

As above. Are these two games are two modes in C:Showdown? Or two standalone clients / games?

Exfilzone is part of Showdown, every time you load into the game you get the choice of playing either Exfilzone or Showdown in the menu.
