Easy Anti Cheat still prevents launching

game will not launch. going to the easy anti cheat folder and clicking the setup does nothing. not even as administrator. Devs What Gives? make games playable again. All i hear about is the fatal error. I can't even get that far.

Turn off anti stack protection in windows security it worked for me prob not the best thing to do as its an important security feature but if u want to play the game its the only solution till there is a fix

Can confirm that fixed the launch error. feels like something they overlooked and it's not ideal leaving my PC unsecure like that

you'll be fine, unless your going on Tor or other such programs and downloading stuff that'll give you a virus your fine. its pretty hard to get a virus nowadays on plain old www, even on websites with nothing but spam ads.
just turn it back on when they say they fixed it. which will come in the next 3-5 months i assume.
