Via Steam? You don't.
As of now, you can only join via the Meta store and using one of the Quest headsets.

If you already have it on Meta, check your game library, click on the 3 dots on the game cover, open the settings and click the "Release Channels" Button. Select "ExfilZone Open Alpha'" and wait for the game-update to finish.
