Constant Stuttering Help

Hello I need help with this game and its stuttering, I don't know whats causing it and wonder if anyone else has this happening to them. My PC Specs are

RTX 2070 Super
Ryzen 9
16 GB RAM
SSD
Oculus Quest 3 Link Cable

This is not caused by my internet as even in offline raids I am stuttering, it seems to happen in areas with high population whether it be Scavs or Contractors. Metro is basically impossible to play with these stutters. I also notice my hands freak the hell out when it stutters, my fingers flailing all over the place before going back to normal when the stutters clam down. The only fix I had was completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game but whenever a patch comes out the stutters start up again.

i just bought the game spent 4 days getting it to launch and now im finally in game and every 2 seconds the game stutters and freezes in the tutorial. im getting fed up with this game i really am its literally the only game in VR i have any interest in playing and i cant

What are you using?

I personally have no issues with Steam Link so you might try ditching the cable. If you use Steam Link then go into the Steam Link settings and improve the bitrate and streaming resolution.

Cant headset refuses to air link and even steam link by refusing to even connect to my PC
