Launch Error 30004

As the title suggests, I launch the game and don't get any further than the anti cheat launching then failing to do so. Not only this, the game wont close; rather, it freezes on "stopping" and I have to restart steam. I'm playing using a Q2, I've tried launching through link and air link and the results are the same.

Lots of people (including me) reporting the same issue on Discord /Steam / Reddit not just a single person issue so hopefully we will see a quick patch since it started following update today :)
