Game crashing with fatal error

Hello when I try to boot the game after easy anti cheat loads it goes black and unreal engine crashes with a fatal error and no other error code or message, I reset my pc and error continues, I have been trying to get any log to see if a computer part is causing the crash, but I don't know how, the game runs fine on my laptop even though it has less computational power. someone can help me?

I just brought the game today and when I try starting up the game it crashes after the intro screen starts - I am looking all over online to see what is causing the issue but unsure - I think its a game issue and not the oculus or PC

Known issue reported to their discord bug reports. No updates from devs. Refund if you have played under 2 hours.
