Hi guys, sorry for the delay in replying. Things have been manic this end.
This sounds like the Media player issue to me.
As this is an XNA game it requires MS media player to be installed and activated.
I hope that helps.

my game was working fine b4, now i wanted to play and i had same problem as above, i just re-installed the game and problem solved, maybe just verify cache work too
