Unreal has a version called Texture Graph, and its looking up.. .. InstaMat, they have competition, so Adobe ruins everything they touch.

No. There's no Adobe account/etc. Painter doesn't really have a EULA anymore and Designer's EULA is from like 2021.
Ignoring the fact that Adobe is very sloppy with their EULAs, and that it could be used against them in a court of law, it doesn't matter as you literally can't log into anything anyway with these versions. They're standalone.
Correction: They updated the EULA for Designer from 21 to 24, but there's still no Painter EULA.
YOu can now purchase Designer as a standalone, like before, but also have the choice of an Indie subscription that includes Painter, Designer and Modeler, plus 1000 models and materials.
