Advice for the Fiery Woman?

Her deck just seems impossible. Unless you get the perfect draw and play super defensively, she'll basically aways smash you. Disabling cards is pointless due to her bottomless supply of health potions, and there aren't enough cards available to remove enough of hers to matter (other than her legendary) Not to mention plenty of those 2 attack icon Really cards (aptly named) and a few cards that deal 2 damage, all while you can only have 10 HP max.

Any advice, or specific cards that helped you a lot against her? Do I just need to grind for broken gold cards I don't have or something?

Master Muscle is a great card giving you a two card-combo target rotate. Try rotating cards on the edge, since there they can't be potion'd or combo'd away. Iji DX, the legendary you get in the labs, is a great card to soak the bomb and fiery sword damage.
Lastly: She has three health pots, any more disables than that get her locked up.

DaVici gives some good advice, I just wanted to add a little bit. :)
Combine the below tips as you see fit in order to make a deck to beat her.

1. As mentioned, she only has three health pots. Instead of going for disables by creating attack combos, go for disable on placement or combos that offer multiple disables. Cards like Anna Ban and Fishbun Rider help with this.

2. You can build a pretty solid offensive deck at this point in the game. And since there is human intelligence behind the deck, you will have the advantage over her. Uncommon cards that are good at offensive are Fire Sword, Jenny Fox, Haja, Esi, and Brutus.

3. Removal+Rotation can help a ton. She only has two cards that really aren't impacted by rotation, so using Pathetic Frog or Zero can be really helpful. Combine it with Jenny Tiger, Princess Pitch DX and Alpha Strike to remove her Netherbirds and Elves, and you'll be able to flood her board.

4. Iji DX and Young Lichious Turnip stop her cold.

4 years later i finally beat this encounter for the first time by basically making a deck based around Mama And Son DX and Iosa (both are Attack cards that don't get taken out of play when you attack combo with them)

This fight is obnoxious.

Yes, I finally beat her with an Iji DX based deck. Dayum, she was frustrating...
