Laggy cursor while using substance painter 10.1.0

With the latest version 10.1.0 (Steam Edition) version of substance painter. My mouse cursor is very laggy while moving it around over the substance painter window. Even off of the 3d viewport. But as soon as it goes onto a different window or desktop area its super smooth again. What could be causing that?

Have same issue on I9-14900KF, 4090, 64Gb RAM. I can work a while but then my fps drops from 150 to 40. I just restart Painter and all works fine for a while. That's only one thing which helps me. If anyone have a solution for that problem please let me know!
