Two thrid tier classes
Is it possible to become two thrid tier classes at the same time, if you advance your basic class in its pure and eastern/sisterhood forms, insteas of joining another guild and taking second basic class?

It can't be done. You must have 2 basics, 2 2nd tier, and 1 third tier.

Then, which of the three classes will be better for fighter-mage character: deathlord, lord or sisterhood thrid tier (forgot the name)?

That's kind of entirely up to your own playstyle and character build, isn't it?

Even for my own playstyle some classes fit better than others. Some contribute more to fighter-mage combination. And, finally, as not very experienced player, i don'h have any idea which will suits me better. And this is why i asked in the first place. So... what's the point of your comment? It isn't very helpful.

I like how you immediately lash out and become extremely defensive even though "the point of my comment" was to imply that debating what is "the best" comes down to preference (and/or character build). But I suppose you're right, it didn't offer much insight other than that, so:

If you want to learn more about which class might suit you better, you could check out GameBanshee's page on classes here: http://www.gamebanshee.com/dungeonlords/classes-mmxii.php

The classes have the same abilities as they did in MMXII so it should be pretty accurate. I've no experience with how the proc rates on the Deathlord's Diabolic skill Terrorize is, but on paper it does seem pretty good. The Lord class seems kind of underwhelming, but then again dual wielding is quite powerful and if you have two powerful two-handed weapons it could be potentially deadly. The War Angel (if you upgrade from Valkyrie or Enchantress) has Divine Mend which lets you heal from attacking enemies every now and again, increasing your survival rate a lot. I've no experience with War Witch. Personally I'd go for Deathlord since you'd already have Battlemage at that point, and it's the only way to unlock the Deathlord to begin with.

If you have a preference for using Arcane/Crystal magic over Melee, you probably don't want to play the Lord. I say Crystal magic because I imagine you have or are going for Valkyrie. If you're going for Bladewitch and War Witch, I don't really know what they play like. Again, it might be a good idea to refer to GameBanshee's page for that.

It's also important to note, since you say that you're not a very experienced player, that you have to be a female character to join the sisterhood.

Good luck, and perhaps you'll consider being somewhat friendlier in the future.

I wasn't defensive, just clarified why referring to "pick what you like" was not quite adequate anwser to my question. Seriously, if person know what they like they wont be asking something like that.
Thanks for gamebanshee link, but i'am already looked it up beforehand. After all, how else could i come up with theory about two thrid tier without having info from some sort of source (and gamebanshee only one more or less complete, but even there some pages are not that much informative). And, of course, i know that only female characters can join sisterhood.
While i am grateful for analytic of classes, you yourself admit that this isn't based on experience with playing by some of them (and isn't lord can wield only one two-handed weapon and one one-handed with his skill?). I mean, every one of them somehow contribute to melee, either with better survivability (terrorize, divine mend) or higher damage (advanced dual wield). And i was mostly interested how much those abilities help and which of them are more effective. I have my ideas about heraldry bonuses (vixen looks much better than conqueror, but not much more powerful than lord's heraldry), but insight of someone whith experience would be helpful.
I mean, thanks for helping, but all those info i already know myself and there is nothing new for me.

TL DR, I like Lord (assuming the ability has been fixed as the Steam development team claims). I know wielding a 2H as a main hand weapon would be a nice increase in damage and give more weapon options, which I like.

I got the impression you are doing most of your damage with melee? If this is not the case, Wizard is a great choice for spell damage and Ranger Lord may be chosen for ranged attacks.

In my experience, my endgame characters are healthy and well-armored enough that survivability isn't a problem. Therefore, I don't need defensive, healing, or crowd-control related abilities or heraldries at the point in the game where I receive my 3rd tier class.
Due to this, and under the assumption that you chose mage as your 2nd starting class, it narrows the 3rd tier fighter choices down a bit. The damage increasing diabolic abilities remaining for any fighter/mage are "Dragonfire" from Kenjasai (Eastern House mage), "Bleeding Wounds", from Warlord (Eastern House fighter) and the Lord's "Dual Two Hand" ability.
In previous iterations the Bleeding Wounds and Dragonfire abilities didn't seem to have a large effect on damage, so I'd have to test to see if they're worthwhile now. Without confirmation of them being buffed from old versions, I'd call it a gamble.
However, we also have heraldries to consider. The Warlord Heraldry grants 5% crit, 20% speed, and a negligible amount of strike. Also, picking up any eastern house class allows access to "The Master" heraldry, which is a 10% chance for double damage (this can proc alongside crit chance for big numbers). However, this could be done via any path with just a 2nd tier class investment, so any 3rd tier can get still get it. Can anyone confirm if this heraldry is still granted from the 2nd guild quest for the eastern houses (to protect the old man), I think it is.
The Lord heraldry is purely defensive and the Kenjasai heraldry doesn't buff melee weapons.
If you plan to PvP, you may need CC or defensive abilities. If you have weaker party members you may need to CC creatures to protect and you may have a use for Seduction or Terrorize.

If you're not set on mage as a 2nd guild, Adept/Fighter offers Crusader with a solid Stun CC diabolic with a nice 20% damage and speed increasing heraldry or Dragon lord with Crit/Speed heraldry and Whirlwind as an attack and movement speed boosting diabolic.
Thief as a 2nd guild choice brings notable mentions in either Ninjalord or Assassin.

IMO, with the requirements of the original post, Lord seems like the safest bet for power and flexibility, and still doesn't throw defense to the wind.

As an aside, my favorite melee damage class combination is Fighter/Mage/Valkyrie/Knight/Lord. This gives access to all 4 magic schools (and therefore all melee buffs such as Rune Lord, Blade of Baal, Berserk, Rune Speed, Divine Strike, etc.), all armor types, magic weaponry, and the best dual-wielding from Lord. Funny thing, if you swap Lord for Wizard, it's my favorite setup for spell caster. Having access to all spells and armors is really nice.
