Magic skill not increasing (bug?)

My sorceress magic skills suddenly not increasing. It was doing fine yesterday (I think). Her level is 23. Her magic skills are as follows

Arcane magic Lv 19 1048/1088 (62%). Next skill point increases to 1148/1688 (68%)
Crystal magic Lv 1
Nether magic Lv1
Rune magic Lv1

I don't know what happen. I repeatedly cast Missle Barrage on every monster I can find and it's still not increasing. I cast other magic from other school but it's respective skills also will not increase. It just stuck like that.

Secondary Expertise Points are gained when fighting enemies 10 levels below you or higher. If you are level 23, your opponent must be level 13 or higher to get secondary Expertise Points from fighting them. To raise Skills after you're too high a level to get secondary Expertise Points from any enemy you will have to spend Skill Points. You get 3 Skill Points when you level up. You also get a Skill Point every so many Experience Points you gain, separately from leveling up.

Stay calm, kill stuff, and spend Skill Points.

Aye, I was fighting Gangerous Wyrn (lv18 enemies) and my Arcane magic skill increase again.
