2 questions about skills

Hello I have 2 questions about character skills.

First is how I can unlock heavy armor skills? I have only light armor and I keep my skill points to
add them to heavy armor but I don't have option to do that. You can see it on screenshot.

Second is interesting thing I noticed in the game. As I said i keep all my skill points from begginig of the game now I spend some only for bashing skill and when I used for example club then my club fighting skill grow up to more than 13 level but now it stop and when I use club my skill don't grow up like earlier. I have similiar situation with Bow skill (14 level without spend skill points) How can I unlock growing up skill without spend skill points like earlier?

Your classes that you have do not give you access to plate armor, if thats what you mean by heavy armor.
Bashing is used for opening chests without having to 'pick the lock'
The higher the skill, the more it takes to level it up. That little blue bar shows your progress in that skill and if you mouse over it, it'll show you the amount of exp you need to level it up.
Each skill point is worth 100 exp.

I have one free class slot how can I reach class to be able use plate armor skill?

and previous question about skilling without spending skill points. How can I unlock them to grow up? Club skill stopped on 13 level, bow on 14... earlier then grow up without problems and I don't spend any skill points to grow them

the only tier 3 classes you can take are either Rangerlord or Assassin, neither of which has the plate armor skill. so you are out of luck there.
spend the points into the weapon skills. click on them. i only choose one weapon/armor/magic skill for my characters as it takes too much eventually to level them up.

I already choose Rangerlord and spend all my points. Now I Battle Mage Archer :D
