Can't Play Game

When I try to start the game, I get "DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." as a error message. I've tried putting -dx12, -d3d12, and -dx11 in (-dx11 based on a post from elsewhere) and none have worked. Any suggestions welcome.

I've had the same issue as well. I have not figured a way to fix this but I think its the graphic card on your device. Take this with a grain of salt.

The game is currently using Dx12, which if your computer has - I would try updating your drivers!

We are also going to be working on a patch for a 1.1 coming soon to address this and hopefully help with the problem!

There isn't an installer for DX12. Instead this is distributed through Microsoft Windows updates.
1. To check for Windows updates, click on your start menu and go to Settings (probably a little gear icon right above the button to Sleep/Restart/ShutDown your computer).
2. In the Settings menu, click on Update & Security
3. In Update & Security, click on Check for Updates
4. Install all available updates and restart your computer
5. Try to re-launch the game

I don't have a gear icon near the shutdown button, but I found Settings. Working on it now.

i've got all available updates according to my updater, but i still can't play. any other suggestions? (sorry if rude)

Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. Which i'm assuming isn't enough.

That is correct. The minimum requirements are listed on the game page. This game does not work with integrated Intel graphics.
