Report a translation problem
In your library, right click on the game -> Properties -> and here is a box at the bottom where you can type -dx11
It should solve the problem!

If none of them works, try setting the in-game setting's Post Processing to Medium or Low
Starting from the end might not help you get there.
Apart from the dripping water sound there is no other ambiance just dead silence (im just a lover for immersive audio).
And regarding that dripping water sound, you can hear when it ends and plays again shortly after, maybe a fade at the end/beginning to make it more seamless? Im no expert in that regard.
Again not a bug but something that bothered us personally, when someone is in talking range that constant radio noise is sooo loud.
