I played this game in the original jowood version and there it was possible to edit the maps.
But with the new windows versions the old game doesn`t run anymore.
So i buyed the new TG version. But i miss a map editor to create own maps.
I think it is not really a problem to release a new map editor for the steam-TG-version...

I have the same problem.
I found a download for the map editor and instructions on how to use it. But when I install the download file, I get an error message that TG is not installed correctly. This is probably because Steam installs the game in a different location than when you play it with a CD.

The editor only runs under Windows XP
