Patch 2.3 for retail version
Hey guys!

A friend bought Industry Giant 2 years ago in a retail store (Aus der Pyramide, für die Deutschen unter uns ;) ) and can't find recent patches. It seems that the newest version is only available through steam? Today I bought this game so we could play in MP but our versions are different. Can I send him something or can he download the patch without Steam?
