So how does time work in the game? Do i see it right that it's split into daytime (before shop opened) and nighttime (after shop closed) without hours?

yes, only feature making you progress the days are energy and to sell stuff as you can only open the shop once a day

That's good to know demo also seems nice. Does anyone know if fertilizer can be mixed?

if you mean you can use both on one plant the answer is no.

To bad. Guess the water fertilizer would be best for plants that regrow unless it only works for a single harvest

funny story i just posted (idk if its up yet or not) about top crops and fertilizer. In my opinion water fertilizer is best for regrow plants while rapid is better for long time seeds.
